1 With over 15 years of experience as a fitness coach and a master’s degree in Physical Education, specializing in Sports Injury and Corrective Exercises, my approach focuses on creating effective and long-lasting change. One of my core principles is paying close attention to posture and body alignment. Correct posture not only enhances physical performance but also helps prevent joint and muscle injuries as you age while relieving chronic everyday pain. During our sessions, I assess and correct any muscular or skeletal imbalances that may affect your form, helping you build a stronger, healthier body in the long run.
2 In addition, I specialize in weight loss, but it’s important to remember that achieving sustainable results takes time. I don't believe in shortcuts or unrealistic promises of rapid weight loss. My approach is based on the latest scientific methods in nutrition and training, designed to help you build muscle, work with your body’s natural processes, and maximize your genetics. With your commitment and my expertise, we will achieve your goals step by step, safely and effectively.
3 What sets my approach apart is my focus on long-term results, based on science, and tailored just for you. I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way, making sure that you feel supported and confident throughout the process.
4 I design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client’s unique needs, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, toning, recovery from injury, or improving overall health. These programs are built for both short-term and long-term progress, ensuring that you see results over time.
5 Our journey begins with an introductory session, where we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your fitness background, any injuries or health concerns, and your goals. I’ll also assess your posture, gait, and any potential muscular or skeletal imbalances, such as lordosis, kyphosis, scoliosis, or pelvic asymmetry. We’ll take body measurements (body segment sizes and weight) and photos (without showing faces) to track your progress throughout our sessions. This assessment will be repeated monthly to ensure steady improvement.
6 Based on this information, I will create a customized fitness plan that meets your specific needs and goals. In addition, I will assess your current diet and provide nutritional recommendations, as 60% of your results come from nutrition, with 30% from exercise and 10% from rest. These comprehensive services are all included in your package.
7 To help you make an informed decision, I offer a free 30-minute trial session where you can experience my approach firsthand. Once you commit to working with me, the only thing you need to do is show up to the gym. I’ll handle everything else. Of course, following my guidance during the rest of the day will also be key to achieving your goals. Each regular session lasts one hour, and together, we will work on all aspects of fitness to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
