Hi, I’m Elnaz. I’m a personal trainer based in Rotterdam, dedicated to helping people feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health. Through online and in-person classes, I make fitness accessible no matter where you are. My mission is simple: to help you achieve extraordinary results — because I believe you’re capable of more than you think. Sometimes, you just need someone to help you see it.

My Journey
From Player to Coach – A Lifelong Passion
My passion for sports started in childhood, growing stronger as I became a professional basketball player in the Iranian League. I wasn’t just learning about sports — I was living it. This passion inspired me to pursue a career in fitness, starting with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching and eventually two master’s degrees in Sports Pathology and Sports Business Management. Along the way, I led Tehran's basketball team as captain, placing 2nd nationwide, and I never stopped pushing myself to be better — a mindset I now pass on to my clients.


Key Milestones
Building a Legacy of Leadership
My journey has been filled with key milestones that shaped who I am today. From managing two top gyms in Tehran to becoming Chief Executive of the Aqua Fitness Board in Iran, I’ve always taken on leadership roles where I could make a bigger impact. I’ve trained and inspired trainers, led teams, and created fitness programs that challenge and empower people. It’s taught me to think bigger, lead with purpose, and believe in the power of transformation.


Expanding Horizons
From Iran to the Netherlands – A Global Perspective
Wanting to expand my horizons, I moved to the Netherlands to pursue a second master’s degree in Sports Business Management. While studying, I joined Club Pellikaan — one of the country’s most prestigious fitness centers. I coached fitness classes, group lessons, and aqua fitness sessions, working with people from all walks of life. This experience taught me how to listen, adapt, and support people in a way that works for them — a skill I use with every client I coach today.
